• Is there a New Family Orientation?

  September 1st - 7pm @Trinity Christian School

• What is the annual "Kick Off" event?

  During this Kick-off event, we will welcome our new families and enjoy a time of food and fellowship. The event is on Friday, 9/4 from 6pm-7:30pm.  

• When are my tuition payments due?

  Families can pay all at once or split up their tuition payment over 2, 10, or 12 months. (An initial tuition payment is due before your child(ren)'s first day of school.)

• What time is drop off and pick up each day?

  Parents can drop off their child(ren) starting at 7:55am, and the school day ends at 2:55pm.

• What is the proper school drop-off procedure?

• What if I need to drop off my child early or pick them up late?

  We do not provide "before care." However, aftercare is available every day until 5:30pm, with some exceptions that are noted ahead of time. The fee is $8 per hour; please contact the main office for more details.

• What is my child's @tcsnj.org email password? 

  Your child has created this password. If your child has forgotten the password, please tell your child to tell their teacher so that it can be reset. 

• What is the elementary dress code/school uniform requirement?

• Where are school uniforms purchased?

• For gym class, are students required to have certain articles of clothing - like a long sleeve shirt, short sleeve shirt, shorts, and pants - or is that decision left up to the parents?

  Students are required to have one top and one bottom. It may be wise to have something for warm weather and something for cold weather. 

• What class/school supplies does my child(ren) need?

  • Grade K-2: TCS provides each student with a package of supplies for the school year for a fee (which is determined from year to year).

• Do students bring their lunch to school each day or can they buy lunch?

  All students bring their lunch to school each day. Kindergarten through 5th grade students can bring a cold lunch or hot lunch in a thermos. Sixth through 12th grade students may use a microwave to heat up their food. Approximately two times a month, students have the option to purchase a hot lunch (usually a pizza lunch). Sign-up will be available via Tuition Management Shopping Cart.

• What is lunch duty?

  Families with a child(ren) in kindergarten through 5th grades serve as a lunch duty monitor a few times a year. Lunch duty is from 11:50am until around 1:30pm (After elementary lunch ends, the parents on duty vacuum the lunch area in the multipurpose room.)

• What is cleaning duty?

  Each family is responsible for helping to clean the school for approximately one hour from 3pm-4pm a few times a year. A schedule will be sent out to all families.

• Are all families required to do lunch duty and cleaning duty?

  Yes, but a family can pay a fee to be removed from each duty. Please call the main office for further instructions.

• What are the Lunch Duty guidelines/rules?

• Do you provide instrument lessons? 

  Students can take private instrument lessons onsite that two of our teachers offer for a fee. Please email Mrs. Rosario (erosario@tcsnj.org) for more information.

• Do students change for PE Class? 

  Beginning in grade 7, students change for PE during school hours. In grades K-6, students wear their gym uniform to school the one day that they have PE. (Your child's teacher will inform you what day that is.)
